Term 2 - Aquagym Fun
Term 2 starts with a SPLASH!!
It is always exciting after the term break
to greet the tamariki at the classroom door and hear about their holidays and
to catch up on their news. Like ourselves, the children and their whanau enjoy
the non-contact time but it is always nice to get back into the daily routines
and our learning. This term has been no exception to this although Room 5 have
had to be extra vigilant as they had to be on the bus to Aquagym by 8.30am
ready with their togs, towels and goggles on their very first day back, as
their lesson was from 9.00 to 9.30am. Well done Room 5 for being so organised
and responsible. The next two classes to go to the pool from our team are Room
4 and 7 at 10.00 am in the pool from 10.30 to 11.00am. Lastly, Room 6 leaves
school at 10.30am to be in the pool from 11.00 to 11.30am. If you haven’t had a
chance to see your child swimming pop in, this Friday will be our last day and
it is always a fun one to watch.
Thank you to all of you who have managed to
come down to cheer us on during our lessons. I am sure you would have been impressed
by the progress your child has made.
