One of our highlights this week was the beginning of our Proactive Life Skills Programme.
As part of our Inquiry Topic
‘Mindfulness and Self Regulation’ we have been involved in a programme called
Proactive Life Skills. It is aimed at helping us develop positive life skills
through healthy living and making positive choices when faced with difficult
situations. We have really enjoyed working with Nigel Stupples and learning
from his expertise in this area.
